Why do you charge to come do an estimate?

We want to ensure our handymen are paid for their time and gas if they drive to you, it also helps ensure you’re serious and ready for the repair you want done. The trip charge is waived if you move forward with the work.

How can I avoid paying for an estimate?

Send relevant clear photos and a description of the work to be done to our dispatch with the “contact us” button or at our email at josiah@heavensenthandyman.org. We’ll get back to you usually within a few hours to a day about your project and get you a free rough estimate. Reminder though, the trip charge is waived if you move forward with the work!

What services do you offer?

We offer drywall, texture, tape and bed, painting, fencing, door installation or adjustment, lock changes, appliance repair and replacement, plumbing services like drain snaking or jetting, leak fixes, slab leak remediation, flooring, tile work, junk removal, furniture assembly, electrical work including ceiling fans or lights, new outlet installation, new breaker installation or wiring repair and the list goes on. We have experience with all these things because we have an expansive team that includes a master plumber, a master electrician, a general contractor, a tile expert, door and stair expert etc.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, all our work is warrantied for 1 year. Any damage or issues that arises that the client isn’t responsible for will be repaired for free.
